About Sharpe Resolution

Allison Sharpe is the founder of Sharpe Resolution Mediation Services, LLC. Allison will receive her Masters degree in December 2011 in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from the Werner Center at Creighton University School of Law where she specialized in Mediation. Allison believes that Mediation is a superior method to dispute resolution to litigation because of the input and free will of the participants to develop their own resolution instead of being at the mercy of outsiders to decide for them. Particularly in divorce or eldercare situations, Mediation can be a strong first step towards a new, more positive beginning for the family.

Allison was born and raised in Johnson City, TN and completed her BS degree at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC, where she majored in Justice and Policy Studies. After graduation, she spent six years over seas in Beijing, China, and Hong Kong, SAR, where she worked as a relocation consultant. Upon her return home to the US, she has spent eight years in the financial services industry as a compliance officer.

Allison lives in Cary, NC, with her husband, John.
